Our mission is to createdigital marketing apprenticeships that prepare highly-motivated,under-skilled talent for digital marketing careers.What You Will Do:An apprentice will spend part of their time working as a live-chat agent,part of their time studying, and part of their time training on contentmarketing with master talent. This apprenticeship is a 2-year paid programthat's designed to upskill highly motivated individuals with the digitalmarketing skills they need to enter the workforce with jobs paying $40k ormore. Customer Service: Assess needs and meet quality standards for customersatisfaction. Computers: Knowledge of online and desktop applications that includechat, email, knowledge base, word processing, files and folders, andother systems.--Required Foundational Competencies-- Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people. Live Chat Assist website visitors, greet them, ask and answer questions, andset appointments. Help with the use of a client's product or service.2. Content Marketing Conduct keyword research based on content pillars. Create quarterly editorial calendar for content marketing. Write weekly blog articles, white papers, and case studies. Create social assets for blog articles, white papers, and case studies. Publish content on website. Schedule social media statuses across all platform. Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and 3rd-party tools to generatemonthly reports.Required Certifications High School Graduate: Must have completed high school in order to apply. Typing Speed: Able to type a minimum of 60 WPM, error free(www.typingtest.com). Job Details Location: Work remotely from home office in an interruption-freeenvironment. Work environment: reliable high-speed internet, your own computer and phone. Full-time position: Able to work 40 hours each week. Compensation: Year 1: $10.20/hour - You'll earn pay increasesand progressive levels of responsibility each year 4,000 hours of paid on-the-job learning.
