Typical Day in the Life A typical day as a Health Care Reimbursement Manager might include thefollowing:Supervising cost report preparation and other engagements to achieveobjectives including staff development, client needs and engagementprofitability.Outlining engagement objectives and issuing findings and recommendations in avariety of client situations.Managing client relationships with integrity by monitoring client needs andbuilding value into professional service.Participating in the areas of business and staff development for the localoffice.Working with leadership on developing new services and strategies for thenational reimbursement practice and the local office.Who You AreYou have at least a four-year degree, preferably in Accounting.CPA Preferred but not required.7-10 years of Health Care Reimbursement experience.You have extensive knowledge of the health care industry in the area of thirdparty reimbursement and payment methodologies.You work independently with minimal supervision.You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.You are exposed to multiple projects and enjoy meeting deadlines.You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipswith coworkers and clients.You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have knowledge of pivot tablesand Excel formulas.You can interact with internal and external clients, delivering consistentresults.Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without therequirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.What to Expect NextWe'll be in touch!
