They come to cultivate it.The Sales Ops Analyst is a critical role in driving sales velocity for theentire company and will report directly to the Senior Manager of SalesOperations. The Sales Ops Analyst will be an analytical, detail-orientedprofessional who is able to manage a complex processes and responsibilitiespunctually and with a positive attitude.The Sales Operations Analyst will interact with the direct salesforce, salesoperations and sales leadership teams on a daily basis. They will alsointerface with Marketing, Information Systems, Legal, Finance, PeopleOperations on a regular basis in order to ensure that the salesforce isoperating most effectively.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales velocity by facilitating deals through the sales process;working with reps and legal on deal structure, finance on accountingguidance, etc.Operationalize territory account plans during annual planning process andperform ongoing maintenance of sales territoriesManage data integrity of our CRM,; provide analysis,create reports, and build dashboards to bring insights to sales reps andsales managersUtilize Business Intelligence systems and processes to enable informeddecision makingPerform ad hoc reports and analysis Skills & RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldStrong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAble to effectively and positively interact with sales representativesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAble to accurately interpret company-wide goals and translate these goals intomanageable incentive plansAble to work quickly and efficientlyAble to manage multiple tasks and deal with changing prioritiesStrategic thinker capable of working through problems quickly and align tooverarching business goalsAnalytical and organizational skillsDesired Qualifications:1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce.com1-3 years Sales Ops/Finance experience within the technology industryExperience interacting with Sales, Marketing and Executive leadersQualificationsEqual Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans,and Individual with Disabilities
