Red Bull Student Brand Managers (SBMs) are a part of the most dynamic andempowered student ambassador program in the world. Our SBMs are passionateabout Red Bull and share their love for the brand with their peers. They areresponsible for driving the brand image on campus, building belief in theproduct benefits and ensuring long term loyalty starting with the collegeexperience. The goals of the Student Brand Manager program are to reach newstudents, excite students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand ona collegiate level.AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS(ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES WE\'LL TRUST YOU WITH) * Location Denver, Colorado, United States * Schedule Part-time * Organisation Red Bull North AmericaCAMPUS MISSION Identify key groups we must win on campus Build a campus plan that ensures an impact (aligned by local marketneeds) on the total undergraduate and graduate audience throughout semesterin accordance with the SBM KPIs, engaging new users and diverse groups oncampus via the following tactics: Driving trial on a daily basis via one on one seeding and coordination ofWings Team Building image via Red Bull owned events, hacks, screenings,sharing RB properties via social media Integrate our product and brand with Big Moments, unique to campusexperiences and select third party events Drive visibility and availability of the product by placing POS andpassing on sales opportunities to the CCS/DPM Develop relationships with campus opinion leaders to build brand loyaltyamong a variety of groups on campus Build relations with and secure coverage of RB properties via the campusmedia Adhere to event/activity/training guidelines to ensure qualityexecution in aspects of the rolePRODUCT AND BRAND EXPERT Act as a Red Bull ambassador at all times: always professional andcourteous to consumers/campus contacts/authorities Become a credible product and brand expert: know the productingredients and brand values Identify relevant image and usage occasions: incorporate brand andproduct knowledge into an ambitious campus plan Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Red Bull properties andathletes Maintain knowledge of global, national and regional events andinitiatives Build brand awareness via social network sharing of relevant Red BullcontentSALES SUPPORT Assist local sales team to ensure perfect distribution and visibility onand around campus Visit local accounts to check stock and point of sale displays Identify distribution opportunities on and around campus Routinely work with distributors to open new accounts and support salesdrives Occasionally participate in meetings with local sales team to alignmarketing and sales strategiesMANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION Ensure a constant flow of new ideas on Red Bull's online collegiateportal (RBU) Submit activity through pictures and reports via RBU Report school beverage contracts and top sales opportunities on andaround campus Aid in recruitment and training of potential SBMs Be able to identify future Wings Team members and exchange contactinformation for CCS Identify future sampling opportunities and share relevant informationwith CCS and Wings Team CaptainsYOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN) Proven track record of accomplishments prior to joining Red Bull Charismatic and outgoing personality Connected with a variety of key influential groups on campus Campus expert on behind the scenes activities (clubs, parties,etc) and hot spots on and around campus Social chameleon - have the ability to work with a variety of groups andorganizations Passionate about the Red Bull brand Possess an entrepreneurial spirit Must be in good standing with the school Creative mind, with prior successes in driving the creative process Functional knowledge of social networking Responsible Self-motivated Lives and represent
