(US01)Location:Other States- INC (US11)We need someone to live by a major metropolitan airport, preferaly in Denver.Main Objective:Under minimal supervision, serve as Arthrex lead to assigned customers;complete on-site troubleshooting, installation, validation,maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. May assistand/or train less experienced Technical Service Specialists andRepresentativesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with Technical Service and Engineering teams to define andimplement corrective action plans for escalated customer sites. Proactivelyengage with other team members to ensure they are aware of status of allissues at all times for their designated customersEffectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleaguesMaintain regular, frequent communication with customers to ensure resolutionand proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfactionPartner with the customer and recommend value-added services that will helpthe customer run their business more efficientlyKeep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintainingcustomer and Arthrex service records, ordering repair parts, and returningdefective partsFocus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancingthe relationship with the customer to ultimately strengthen businesspartnershipsIdentify business opportunities for the organization, including incrementalservice agreement businessPartner with Sales Team to ensure smooth and well-documented transition tosupport for Synergy Matrix and Synergy.Net implementationsProvide serviceability input to Arthrex sales and implementation teams duringpre-sales engagements; ensure that technical specifications are adhered toEnsure timely and successful product upgradesResponsible for assisting with DNS, subnets, DHCP, firewalls, switchconfiguration, and default gateways in development lab, and hospital sitesProvide Level 1 LAN, VLAN and networking supportProvide assistance with hardware testing validation and troubleshooting. Thisincludes routers, network switches, encoders, decoders, and PCsReview network utilization statistics to verify that Arthrex solutions areproperly utilized and support SLAs are met or exceededRepresent Technical Service as liaison with product managers & productdevelopment teamsComplete implementation of integration products at customer locationsUp to 80% travel requiredIncidental Duties:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work beingperformed in this job.
