Broadridge Financial Solutions VP-Sales in Denver, Colorado

The VP of Sales will drive new sales and revenue for Broadridge by marketing products and services to existing customers as well as new organizations in the financial services industry, specifically those within the qualified plan industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies new significant business prospects to establish business partner opportunities.

  • Markets Broadridge services and products to these new clients.

  • Independently completes all aspects of the sales process, from inception to completion.

  • Requires high-level interaction with senior level management at the client site and within the Broadridge organization.

  • Coordinates other Broadridge departments and business units (Systems, Production, Client Services) on the implementation of products and services at large, complex clients.

  • Ensures that Broadridge delivers on all objectives and commitments to these clients.

  • Assists in maintaining positive relationships with major clients by resolving any service/delivery and/or billing issues.

  • Maintains a constant awareness of current and planned development of new products and services. Interfaces with clients to keep them abreast of product information.

  • Responsible for providing management with all requested sales reports and supporting correspondence.

  • Attends trade shows, conferences or other industry-related events to help strengthen existing client relationships, develop new relationships, remain current on industry issues, increase awareness of competitive offerings, and promote Broadridge products and services.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the financial services/brokerage industry selling B2B financial technology solutions.

  • Qualified plan experience strongly desired.

  • Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with prospective clients.

  • Meet and or exceed annual quota assignments, build a pipeline, effectively forecast and meet quarterly quota assignments.

  • Excellent time manager, qualifier and negotiator.

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills required.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment.

  • Ability to travel to client sites, up to 30% of the time.
