The delivery of care is basedon the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs ofthe individual patient. The Registered Nurse may rotate to areas other thanhis/her assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties forwhich he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performsdelegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions withinthe philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at SMC/SWER/Belmar ER.The registered nurse will follow the criteria set forth by the HealthONE RNSuper Pool criteria and must float between multiple facilities/campuses. Required Job Qualifications include: * Current licensure as an RN * Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider. * ACLS Certification * PALS * TNCC * Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. * Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. * Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to workwith minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. * Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending,reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/orequipment up to 50 pounds.
