Exciting time to join the HPI Workstations Marketing Organization. The rolewill be primarily focused on Mobile Workstation Products, with additionalprojects that will go across the broader WS portfolio.Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complexbusiness issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriatealternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as ateam or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitatesinformation validation and team decision making process. Exercises independentjudgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify andselect a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advicein order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities:Global:Drive the definition of a single product/service solution (PSS)throughR&D and solutions teams.Define appropriate PSS prior to introduction.Provide closed-loop post- analysis of PSS strategies/ roadmaps/platforms/SKUs.Aid the sales efforts to end users and partners.Regional:Determine and lead an appropriate product/ service/solution introductionprocess to assure an effective launch within the region.Provide ongoing forecasting to assure sufficient product is available.Optimize amount/ utilization of alliance and other partner funds(specials, pricing, price promotions).Work with sales and manufacturing to lead the PSS obsolescence process for theregion.Education and Experience Required:College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical.Knowledge and Skills:Knowledgeable of assigned product/solution and customer requirements for theproduct.5 years of demonstrated knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
