HomeAdvisor Senior Executive Assistant in Golden, Colorado

HomeAdvisor is looking for an energetic and extremely organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting to our Executive Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for everything from managing correspondence and documentation and scheduling business meetings to arranging travel and ordering food for company events. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is extremely organized, but can roll with the punches of an ever-evolving business and team. This person will be supporting our CPO/CTO and President/COO.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage administrative support within the C-Suite, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, preparing travel arrangements, correspondence, faxing, preparation and distribution of documents and other materials, etc.

  • Manage calendars and complete expense reporting for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership as needed.

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior leaders to the corporate office and C-Suite team.

  • Prepare for business meetings, including location booking, making food and beverage arrangements as needed, and greeting attendees.

  • Manage and maintain extremely confidential/sensitive information and matters.

  • Schedule and assist in setting up conference calls.

Required Experience:

What you need to get the job:

  • BA/BS from four-year university or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience providing support to senior leaders.

  • Strong administrative background and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Tech savvy - must be able to use the web to book and coordinate travel, arrange video conference calls (Skype, Hangouts), etc.

Additional skills necessary:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional manner.

  • Responsive and forward-thinking mentality - must be able to take initiative when senior leaders are absent.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure and make decisions.

  • Extremely organized, yet flexible and adaptable in quickly changing situations.
