Requisition Number 07045 Asst Store Mgr GJT Post Date 2/9/2018 TitleAssistant Manager City Grand Junction State CO Description ASSISTANT STOREMANAGER - GRAND JUNCTION, COSCOPE OF POSITION: The Assistant Store Manager will provide assistance tothe Store Manager for all functions of the store operations. Will provideassistance with oversight of all donations. Will stock, price, display,and discount all merchandise according to procedure. Will assist with thesupervision of employees and volunteers. Will assist with assigning workschedules and proper staffing. Will assist with training of employees andvolunteers. Will assist with store security, banking, IT registeroperations, and sales reports. Will assist with employee evaluations, timeclock issues and time off requests. Will perform other duties as required bythe Store Manager, the Retail Coordinator, and/or the CommandingOfficers. Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a high schooldiploma or equivalent and retail experience, both marketing andmerchandising. Any supervisory experience a plus.
