JBS USA HRIS ANALYST in Greeley, Colorado

JBS is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The HRIS Analyst position is responsible for providing general support for the HRIS systems. These systems primarily include the Kronos Timekeeping and Workforce Absence Management, SAP HCM, Success Factors Performance and Compensation, and Alchemy Learning.

Responsibilities include supporting plant HR, daily maintenance, enhancements, and implementing configuration solutions for the systems. Daily maintenance includes supporting employee master data changes owned by the HRIS team. Works under general supervision and reports to the HRIS Supervisor or Director.


  • Participate with the daily maintenance of the HR systems including employee master data changes

  • Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis

  • Design, implement, test and troubleshoot new configurations

  • Lead projects as needed, including coordinating activities with other teams

  • Design and deliver specific supplemental training material for end users

  • Partner with team to provide technical assistance and to resolve complex problems

  • Encourages and implements continuous improvement measures on day-to-day basis

  • Assist with the development and communication of any business process changes

  • Works well with others at a variety of levels within the organization

  • 2-5 years’ experience supporting Kronos Workforce Absence Management and SAP HCM applications

  • Experience or background in payroll and with human resources information systems is highly desired

  • An understanding of software and information technology

  • Prior experience managing software configurations is desired

  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks and/or projects at the same time

  • Experience supporting users with issues resolution, system enhancement and upgrades conversion
